Who is my Point-Of-Contact on Event Day?

Marisa Guerrero, our Events Coordinator, will be your POC for all things Progress in Pediatrics, even on event day! You can call/text her at (913) 717-5046 or email marisa.guerrero@kansasaap.org

Where do I load-in?

You can load-in the front doors of the Jayhawk Welcome Center as early as 5:00am. We are on the 2^nd floor of the Jayhawk Welcome Center with elevators just past the front desk on the left side of the building near the bathrooms. If you have trouble or get lost, call Marisa.

What time can I start loading in?

You can arrive on site as early as 5am on Friday, April 17th. We will not have any options to setup the day before.

Where can I park?

Parking is self-pay at the parking garage across the street from the Jayhawk Welcome Center on Mississippi St.

I need to change my representative who will be working our booth. How do I do that?

Email Marisa with their name and contact information to get them added onto our guest list.

I need power for my exhibit. How do I let you know?

We have very limited power capacity. If you need power, please let Marisa know ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.

I need a tablecloth and forgot to mention it.

Send Marisa your request by April 8th to guarantee a tablecloth will be provided. 

Can I bring out food to give away?

Yes, but please do so within reason. We don’t have room for coffee carts or other large exhibits, but bringing small samples of baked goods or other smaller catering options is OK. If you’re not sure if you can bring your items in, call or email Marisa.
