Neonatal clinicians provide care in environments marked by high acuity, uncertainty, and frequent exposure to trauma, grief, and moral distress. In this 1-hour webinar on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 pm CT, Dena Hubbard, MD, FAAP, neonatologist, and Samantha Kucaj, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist, will explore the impact of trauma exposure on NICU professionals and discuss how organizational climate, leadership, and workplace practices influence clinician well-being. Participants will gain practical, trauma-informed strategies to foster psychological safety, resilience, and an environment of compassion and support within neonatal care teams.
