Declining vaccination rates of Kansas kids was only exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. And while some state-level immunization data is available, many pediatricians are unaware of their specific practice vaccination rates. This project will help pediatricians understand where their practice stands with current rates and implement interventions to increase vaccination rates.
This QI project is intended to provide physicians with the opportunity to review current practice vaccination rates and implement best practices to improve vaccination rates. Over six months, participants will pull vaccine data reports every other month, attend four virtual trainings, and implement evidence-based process changes.

The provider may choose either or both groups to target for this project. By 5%* in six months. *May be increased by practice as they learn initial vaccination rates to ensure relevant improvement.
